    We actively seek partnerships with founders and teams who approach AI development with problem-first thinking by identifying genuine human or business challenges before determining if AI is the appropriate solution, who focus on creating real value through meaningful outcomes that improve lives or solve complex problems in innovative ways, and who demonstrate ethical implementation by considering the broader societal impact of their technology while taking proactive measures to build responsibly and prevent potential harm.

  • Introduction

    Once you fill out the form, and if you're a good fit based on our working criteria, we’ll schedule a 30-minute call. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and to understand your goals and how we can best support them. We’ll ask about your product, why you're investing in a logo, and what success looks like for you.

    After the call, we’ll share a typical price range and timeline. If that aligns with your budget and schedule, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal.

    Proposal

    The proposal includes a clear timeline, fixed-fee pricing options, deliverables, and our standard terms.

    Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll send the first invoice—typically 50% of the total fee. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final files are delivered.

  • You'll be involved at every key decision point where your feedback shapes the direction. The entire process requires only 3-4 hours of your time in total, ensuring the final logo authentically represents your vision while respecting busy founder schedules.

  • We continue to revise until you're 100% satisfied.
